Can’t sign in?

We don’t use passwords.

Voice of Village is passwordless — nothing to remember, nothing to steal. Recovery means signing in the same way you originally did, using the contact channel you registered with.

  1. Signed up with phone OTP

    Send yourself a new 6-digit code. If your phone number changed, sign in with the new number and contact us to merge accounts.

    Request a fresh magic link — we'll email it to the address you registered with. Check spam if it doesn't arrive in 60 seconds.

    Use the same provider button on the login page. Make sure you're signed into the right account in that provider first.

  4. Still stuck — different number, lost email, etc.

    Email our DPDP grievance officer with the village you claim, your old phone or email, and a note about what changed. We respond in 48 hours.
