Katthiwara

Katthiwara is a mandal in Alirajpur district, Madhya Pradesh, with 125 revenue villages and 49 gram panchayats. The 2011 Census recorded a population of 105,982 in 18,396 households. Literacy stood at 20.8%, one of the lowest levels, while the sex ratio was 1036. The mandal had 51,399 workers, of whom 28,580 were cultivators, reflecting an agrarian economy. JJM tap-water coverage was 59.1%.
