Paparmetla

Paparmetla is a mandal in Malkangiri district, Odisha, comprising 53 revenue villages and 3 gram panchayats. According to the 2011 Census, it had a population of 9,932 across 2,133 households, with a literacy rate of 26.9% and a sex ratio of 1023. The mandal recorded 5,693 workers, of whom 2,993 were cultivators and 563 were agricultural labourers. As of the post-Census survey, 68.3% of households had access to JJM tap water.
