Tangarapali

Tangarapali is a mandal in Sundargarh district, Odisha, comprising 18 revenue villages organised into 3 gram panchayats with a Census 2011 population of 16,210 across 4,159 households. The mandal had a literacy rate of 65.9% and a notably balanced sex ratio of 980 females per 1,000 males. Of 7,042 workers, 1,091 were cultivators and 903 agricultural labourers. As of the post-Census period, 68.3% of households had access to JJM tap water.
