Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G)

Help for poor rural families without a proper house to build a pucca house.

This is a guide, not a decision. Eligibility is decided by the department that runs each scheme.

Official rule (in English, as published)

Houseless households and those living in zero, one or two-room kutcha houses, identified through SECC 2011 and the Awaas+ survey, verified by the gram sabha. Excluded, among others: households with a government job, monthly income over ₹15,000 or that pay income tax, or a Kisan Credit Card limit of ₹50,000 or more.
