Chhath Puja 2026 in Ladakh

Share how your village celebrates Chhath Puja

Every village celebrates in its own way. If yours has a public Chhath Puja programme — at the river ghat or village pond, a community arghya, a cleaning drive at the ghat — add it as an event with its date, time and venue. For your family's customs, the food you make, or what the elders remember, write a post with photos.

1. On your village's page, choose Add an event for a public celebration, or Write a post (add #chhathpuja) for traditions and photos.
2. You sign in with your mobile number; posting needs a one-time photo ID check from your dashboard.
3. A moderator checks every submission before it appears. Nothing is published automatically.
4. Post only your own photos, and only of people who agree — never of children without their parents' consent.
