Koraput

Koraput mandal is located in Koraput district, Odisha, encompassing 137 revenue villages and 15 gram panchayats. The Census 2011 population was 72,419 distributed across 18,952 households, with a literacy rate of 39.3% and sex ratio of 1,080. The mandal recorded 33,776 workers, including 6,819 cultivators and 2,618 agricultural labourers. According to post-Census data, 68.3% of households had access to tap water under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
