Nimapada

Nimapada is a mandal in Puri district, Odisha, comprising 245 revenue villages organized under 32 gram panchayats. According to Census 2011, it had a population of 189,299 across 43,799 households, with a literacy rate of 76.5% and sex ratio of 973. Of the 71,477 workers, 20,697 were cultivators and 13,168 were agricultural labourers. The mandal had 68.3% household tap-water coverage under JJM.
