Kochadhamin

Kochadhamin is a mandal in Kishanganj district, Bihar, with 150 revenue villages and 24 gram panchayats. The 2011 Census recorded a population of 292,124 in 57,037 households, with literacy at 47.2% and sex ratio of 930. The mandal had 85,446 workers, of whom 15,783 were cultivators and 43,231 were agricultural labourers. High progress on water access was evident, with 96.4% of households receiving tap water through Jal Jeevan Mission.
