Chandvad

Chandvad mandal is located in Nashik district, Maharashtra, comprising 112 revenue villages and 90 gram panchayats. According to the 2011 Census, the mandal had a population of 210,508 across 40,195 households, with literacy at 70.5% and a sex ratio of 935. The workforce totalled 117,768, including 68,824 cultivators and 32,055 agricultural labourers. As of the survey period, 82.1% of households had access to tap water under JJM schemes.
