Adult women (18 years or more) from poor households, based on a deprivation declaration. No other LPG connection from any oil company may exist in the same household. Women from poor migrant families can apply with a self-declaration.

- Know Your Customer (KYC) application form
- Proof of identity: Aadhaar copy of the applicant
- Proof of address, only if the address in Aadhaar differs from where you live now (migrants: self-declaration)
- Ration card issued by the state you apply in, or another state document showing the family (migrants: self-declaration)
- Aadhaar copies of the applicant and the adult family members in that document
- Bank account details (passbook copy or cancelled cheque)
- Deprivation declaration
