Arnod

Arnod mandal is situated in Pratapgarh district, Rajasthan, comprising 85 revenue villages and 23 gram panchayats. The Census 2011 recorded a population of 68,600 in 13,955 households, with a literacy rate of 53.6% and a sex ratio of 982 per 1000 males. The mandal had 41,641 workers, of whom 20,796 were cultivators and 4,598 were agricultural labourers. Only 11.6% of households had tap water access under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
