It weakened into a Cyclonic Storm over south coastal Andhra Pradesh by 1430 hrs IST and is forecast to become a deep depression by midnight and a depression by the morning of 4 November. IMD's district warnings for 3 November: extremely heavy rainfall (red) for East Godavari, Dr. B.R.
